Welcome to Innernova Foundation. We are committed to providing high-quality Reiki, Healing, Meditation, Hypnosis, Personality Development, and Spiritual Learning programs. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course or purchasing any service.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be accepted only if they are submitted at least 3 (three) days before the scheduled start date of the course.

Requests submitted less than 3 days before the course commencement date will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

The refund request is made less than 3 days before the course starts.
The course has already commenced.
The participant has attended any online or offline session.
Digital course materials, recordings, downloadable resources, certificates, or login credentials have been provided or accessed.
The participant voluntarily discontinues the course after it has started.
Failure to attend the course due to personal reasons.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, bank transaction charges, and any other processing fees, if applicable.

The remaining eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Course Cancellation by Innernova Foundation

If Innernova Foundation cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose either:

A 100% refund, or
Transfer their enrollment to the next available batch at no additional cost.

6. Changes to This Policy

Innernova Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
