This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how access to our online courses and digital services is delivered after successful payment.

1. Digital Services Only

Innernova Foundation provides online courses, digital educational content, Reiki training, healing sessions, meditation programs, hypnosis sessions, personality development programs, and other digital services.

Since all our products and services are delivered digitally, no physical product is shipped to customers.

2. Course Access & Delivery

After successful payment, course access or joining details will be provided through one or more of the following:

Registered Email Address
WhatsApp
SMS
Student Dashboard / Learning Portal
Live Session Link (where applicable)

Delivery is generally completed within 24 hours after successful payment. In some cases, it may take up to 48 hours due to verification or technical reasons.

3. Live Training Programs

For live online courses, workshops, or healing sessions, participants will receive:

Session schedule
Meeting link
Login details
Instructions for joining

These details will be shared before the scheduled session.

4. No Physical Shipping

As all products offered by Innernova Foundation are digital in nature:

No courier service is used.
No shipping charges apply.
No tracking number will be provided.
No physical delivery is available unless specifically mentioned for a particular program.
